Spencer Brand is new CCM candidate for St. Paul's constituency

Charlestown, Nevis (WINN): The Concerned Citizens Movement in Nevis (CCM) on Monday announced Spencer Brand as its new candidate for the St. Paul’s District. Mr. Brand replaces Mr. Michael Perkins who resigned earlier this year as a candidate of the party.  Mr. Spencer said he is contesting on the CCM list as he believes the party offers the best option for Nevis.  He also understands the task at hand and is not daunted by the prospect of facing a formidable Nevis Reformation Candidate in that constituency.
