Basseterre, St. Kitts (WINN): Leader of the Federal Opposition Mr. Mark Brantley said Wednesday the gains St. Kitts and Nevis have made over the last 29 years of Independence are threatened by the decline of hope among the people of the country. Nevertheless, Mr. Brantley said nationals must be reflective and contemplative on the kind of St. Kitts and Nevis that they want over the next 29 years and whether the nation has become what the founding fathers intended. The opposition leader also lauded some of the accomplishments of St. Kitts and Nevis and acknowledged the architects of independence.
